Description: A rainy afternoon as the autumn weather began to settle in. Pictured here is my sister embracing the cool rain, while swimming in a lake that was still holding it's warmth from summer.
Fun fact: I was fully dressed and wearing my raincoat and holding an umbrella over myself while taking this photo... but I still couldn't get the low enough angle I wanted, so I ended up walking right into the lake while taking photos until I reached the best vantage point to capture this image: neck-deep, holding my camera just above the water. I was so in the zone that I didn't even realize how ridiculous I looked until my sister looked back over her shoulder and burst out laughing, saying, "you know... I don't think that umbrella and raincoat are keeping you very dry". I didn't even realize I was still wearing and holding my rain protection while I was neck-deep in the water!... I suppose that just shows how focused I am on my art?
