Description: A self portrait taken at my favourite local lake on the calmest morning I've ever witnessed. The water was so still that day, this scene almost felt unreal... leaving me feeling like I was just floating in a dream... except for the freezing water to remind me just how real this scene actually was! I waded out (about chest deep) to this rock, holding my dress above my head to keep it dry, and then climbed up and waited a few minutes for the water ripples to dissipate again while my camera time-lapsed the whole ordeal from the shore, capturing this image.
